2018 : la licence Conti-Pro de Holowesko Citadel validée

Dans un communiqué publié ce mardi, l'équipe américain Holowesko Citadel a confirmé qu'elle évoluerait bien en division Conti-Pro l'an prochain. Dans le même temps, la structure dirigée par Georges Hincapie a dévoilé un effectif complet de 16 coureurs en vue de 2018.
